Made some spinach and cheese ravioli with sautéed garlic shrimp in a cream sauce for Laura and I tonight.
Took about 2.5 hours to do overall. Minus the hour rest time for the dough, it’s fairly manageable. And there are some things you can do ahead of time to make the time it takes to get it on the table much shorter.
Totally worth the time and effort though.
If anyone is interested I may post a short guide at some point. I kind of eyeballed most things but, while I don’t have exact measurements, I can give step by step instructions. It is pretty simple, just a somewhat long process.
